Description & Condition
SAITO GUITARS is a Japanese brand started in 2014.
Its unique looks and solid sound have gained popularity, and Yuki LIN Hayashi, Junko (Dakkou Gokumon Doukkai), and many others are using the brand. (honorifics omitted).
This model is a simple one with a JB motif.
The body is made of Alder and the fingerboard is Indian Rosewood, a classic configuration.
The frets are Jescar NS FW51100, and the tuning machine is GOTOH.
The PU is the original SAYTONE Vantage+ model.
This is not made by OEM, but hand-wound in-house.
This quality is very high and seems to support the foundation of this model.
I think it is very good that we can make these parts with our original design.
As you can see, the body shape is JB-like, but the waist cut and other small details have been arranged.
I think many people will find this a positive thing.
To be honest, I was surprised by the sound and playing comfort in a good way.
I had imagined it to be more domestic and hard and tight, but it had a very open and organic quality that brands such as Fender have.
It was a great piece, full of 4-string character. Highly recommended.
