This product has been leveled using PLEK.
The string height at the 12th fret will be 1.5mm for the G string and 2.0mm for the E string (2.3mm for the Low-B string) when shipped.
Sadowsky is a high-end New York brand with top musicians such as Marcus Miller and Will Lee as clients.
Previously, the Metroline Express was manufactured in Japan, but as Warwick took over the distribution of Sadowsky products, manufacturing moved to a factory in China.
While keeping the selling price down, high quality is maintained, making it a very unique product in its price range.
Initially, the Metroline Express series did not have the Sadowsky logo, but this has now been successfully changed.
This is the Verdine White model, which is already available in the German-made version.
The body is made of Okume, the neck is made of Roasted Maple, and the fingerboard is made of Morado or Pauferro.
The body shape is the familiar Dinky type.
It has a worldwide reputation. The pickups are a PJ combination.
The bridge pickup is a hum-canceling type, so there is no noise whether used with the PJ combination or alone.
I've always thought Sadowsky's PJs have a good balance, and that impression hasn't changed much with this instrument.
While maintaining the characteristic thickness of a P-type pickup, it features a clear sound with a slightly reduced midrange when mixed.
Using the familiar 2-band boost preamp on top of that creates a very pleasant sound. It strongly embodies the Sadowsky character.
