Sadowsky is a high-end brand from New York that counts top musicians such as Marcus Miller and Will Lee as customers.
Until now, Metroline was manufactured in Japan, but as Warwick took over distribution of Sadowsky products, manufacturing moved to the Warwick factory in Germany.
The Japanese-made Metroline model was highly acclaimed, so there were concerns about a decline in quality, but looking at the actual product, there seems to be no need to worry too much.
The neck feels a little thinner than the Japanese-made one, and there are also differences in the roundness of the body joint.
The excellent electronics output a powerful sound even with a low string height.
There are no problems with playability, and it seems to be a product with high overall potential.
Generally, models with a PJ pickup layout can have problems with balance when mixing.
Perhaps taking this into consideration, this model is equipped with a dedicated rear PU that is different from the JB model.
As exemplified by this point, this model is by no means made in an instant, but rather feels like it has been designed with careful consideration.
