Description & Condition
Moon is a leading, long-established guitar brand in Japan.
Highly regarded by many professional artists, Mitsuru Sudo and Larry Graham are known to be fans of the brand. (Titles omitted)
This model is a signature model of Mitsuru Sudo, one of Japan's leading and most skilled bassists.
The body is made of alder, and the fingerboard is ebony, a wood combination typical of Moon guitars.
It is finished in the classic Snow White color.
The thin, flat neck has an excellent texture and offers a smooth playing feel.
The pickups are original MJB575s, and the preamp is a Bartolini XTCT.
The controls consist of two volume controls, a three-band EQ, and a volume bypass switch, a feature unique to Sudo.
He mixes the pickups when slapping, and slightly reduces the neck pickup volume when fingerpicking.
In other words, the neck pickup volume is always slightly reduced, and the switch bypasses the volume when slapping.
This is a practical and well-thought-out design, typical of a professional bassist. The bridge is a GOTOH 404BO-5, but the saddles are brass.
The sound is basically a sharp, powerful NY sound.
You can enjoy the tone you've heard countless times on CDs.

●Lifetime Free Maintenance
Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for lifetime free "String Vibration Setup" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)
・Please present your warranty card with your name filled in.
・Only applicable to the person who purchased the instrument at a GIB or TONIQ physical store or online shop.
・Please bear the cost of shipping and other miscellaneous expenses.
●Re-purchase Price Guarantee
If you sell your purchased item within 6 months of purchase, we guarantee the buyback price. The price is 50% for new items and 70% for used items.
●Defect Warranty
Basic Co., Ltd. provides a warranty against defects for products sold by the company. With the exception of some items such as consigned goods, we will repair (or refund if repair is not possible) any malfunctions that occur during normal use within a certain warranty period from the date of purchase free of charge.
The warranty period is 3 months for used products and 1 year for new products.
Please note that the following cases will incur a charge even within the warranty period:
* Malfunctions and damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
* Replacement of consumables.
* Malfunctions and damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
