Description & Condition
FGN (Fujigen) is Japan's world-class guitar factory.
It is highly regarded worldwide and has manufactured many guitar brands such as Fender, G&L, and Ibanez on an OEM basis.
This is the original brand of FGN.
This model is a Stratocaster model from the Basic Classic series, which is affordable by cutting small costs without compromising quality.
The body material has been changed from alder to basswood from the Neo Classic series.
The sound is clear and straightforward with few quirks.
The weight is about 3.2~3.4kg, which leads to light weight, so it is hard to say that it is simply a cost cut.
The medium jumbo frets are attached by the well-known CFS (circle fretting system).
CFS is a fan-shaped fretting system, which takes a right angle to the strings and makes the scale setting more accurate.
It's a more accurate way to get the pitch of the notes. The playing comfort is the same.
The pickups are FGN original single coils.
The cost of hardware is kept to a minimum by using original parts and other methods, and that is why this is a gem that highlights the high level of technology possessed by Fujigen.
