D'mark Guitars is a Brazilian guitar brand that has been around since 1998.
Their quality is highly regarded, especially in South America, and in recent years their name has also become known in Europe and the United States.
This model is a Special Reserve OMEGA 6, assembled exclusively for Japan at a request from GIB.
As you'd expect from Brazil, a country rich in forestry resources, this beautiful bass is crafted by freely combining high-quality woods.
The body top is made of beautiful Flame Maple, which is of ultra-S grade.
The back and core have a complex structure, primarily made of Brazilian Mahogany and Cedar.
The neck features Purpleheart in the center and Brazilian Mahogany on the sides.
Using Purpleheart in the center is a standard technique for instruments like Roscoe.
The fingerboard is made of Brazilian Pau Ferro.
The 10-22"" compound radius ensures excellent playability from low to high positions.
The pickups and preamp are original.
Equipped with a 3-band EQ and controls for volume, balance, treble, middle, bass, preamp bypass switch, and mid-frequency switch.
It features a smooth playing feel, and its playability, including this, is of exceptional quality.
The quiet, far-reaching sound, typical of a neck-through guitar, is beautiful and eloquent.
The nuances of the bass and treble strings seamlessly connect, fully expressing the player's musical sensibility.
Contrary to its appearance, the sound has a slightly JB-like nuance, making it easy to use in a good way. Surprisingly, there are few basses with this kind of balance.
This bass is adjusted for ease of play by a GIB craftsman before shipping.
Accessories: Original gig bag, certificate, spec sheet, two hex wrenches
The included spec sheet contains an error.
