The GB Fusion 5 is based on the classic JB style.
By incorporating modern features throughout, it successfully embodies timeless values in a form suited to the modern era.

The body features an alder back and a spalted maple top.
It is characterized by its classic sound and exotic looks.

The neck is made of hard maple and the fingerboard is made of birdseye maple, a classic configuration.
It is said that birdseye only appears on very hard maple.

It has 22 frets, the same as the Sadowsky Will Lee model.
Personally, I think this is the maximum number of frets possible while maintaining a classic sound.

The fingerboard radius is 12"".

The fret edges are very smooth, so no one will feel any stress.

Luminlay is used for the side positions, and it is clear that attention was paid to even the smallest details.

The original pickups, called Voiced Tone, were designed by Cort engineers.

They normally work with pickups from top brands such as Nordstrand, Bartolini, and PRS, and the quality of the pickups, designed with this accumulated knowledge, is said to be close to those of those brands.

The preamp is equipped with an original 3-band EQ type.

It powerfully and flexibly adjusts and outputs the signal generated by the pickups, which are designed to mimic vintage tones.

The tuning machine is the world-renowned Hipshot Ultralite.
It prevents neck dive while also adding a light, rich midrange to the sound.

● Lifetime free maintenance

Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for a lifetime free ""string vibration setup"" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)

- Please present a signed warranty card.
- Only the original purchaser at a GIB or TONIQ physical store or online shop is eligible.
- Please be aware that shipping and other related expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser.

● Repurchase Price Guarantee

If you sell your instrument within six months of purchase, we will guarantee the repurchase price. This guarantee applies to 50% of the purchase price for new instruments and 70% of the purchase price for used instruments.

● Defect Guarantee

All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items, we will provide free repairs (returns and refunds only if repairs are not possible) for any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase.

The warranty period is three months for used instruments and one year for new instruments.

Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases.

- Breakdowns or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Breakdowns or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Breakdowns or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Breakdowns or damage to parts repaired or modified by a party other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or lost.
