AKIMA&NEOS is a professional amplifier and effects brand created by Akima Tsuneo, guitarist for MARCHOSIAS VAMP.

A distinguished line-up of artists who use the company's products include POLYSICS, THE BAWDIES, OKAMOTO'S, and Base Ball Bear.

This is the Bottom Gear bass booster, which uses germanium transistors made by Mullard in the UK.

This model is a custom color created in collaboration with GIB.

While retaining the rugged atmosphere characteristic of AKIMA&NEOS, it adds the simple, clean essence of GIB.

The control knobs are JB-type, further emphasizing the BASS GEEK feel.

Germanium transistors were commonly used in the 1960s.

While they are sensitive to temperature changes and expensive, their sound is irreplaceable, and they are still used today.

For example, Jimi Hendrix's favorite Roger Mayer ""Octavia"" and the Tone Bender, said to be the first British fuzz pedal, both use germanium transistors.

This unit's sound is captivating, with a very fat texture and a distinctive, bell-like, beautiful overtone.

We recommend using it not only as a booster, but also as a regular preamp.

● Repurchase price guarantee

If you sell your item within six months of purchase, we will guarantee the repurchase price. This guarantee applies to new items at 50% of the original price, and used items at 70% of the original price.

● Defect Warranty

All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items, we will repair any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase free of charge (returns and refunds will be provided only if repairs are not possible).

The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.

Please note that even within the warranty period, a fee will be charged for repairs in the following cases:

- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, moving, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by parts repaired or modified by parties other than Basic.
- If the name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or is lost.
