Description & Condition
"Sadowsky is a brand founded in New York in 1979 by Roger Sadowsky.
As a repairman, he worked on instruments for top session musicians in New York, and the basses born from that experience are highly regarded as one of the perfect forms of the modern JB.
Sadowsky TYO is a line of Sadowsky basses manufactured in Japan.
Chief Lusher Yoshiyuki Kikuchi poured the know-how he cultivated under Roger Sadowsky into the production, resulting in high-quality instruments.
This is a Modern Edge 4-string JB.
The body is made of ash, and the neck and fingerboard are made of maple.

This finish is a collaboration with Rittenhouse Guitars, known for their vintage-like finishes.

The master tone control allows you to switch between active and passive modes with a push/pull, giving you the clear active sound characteristic of Sadowsky, and a more natural passive sound.

The neck is slim and comfortable to hold.
