Description & Condition
Description & Condition
This is the SYB-3 Bass Synthesizer, the world's first compact synth pedal for bass.
This model has been modified by WAXX, resulting in improved response and expanded range.
It features 11 diverse sounds, including 7 internal synth modes based on sawtooth, square, and PWM waves, as well as a wave-shape mode for directly processing the original bass tone and a T-wah (auto-wah) mode.
The controls allow for independent level adjustment of the direct and effected sounds, as well as intuitive settings for the frequency and resonance filter effect.
Compared to its successor, the SYB-5, it has a unique, slightly wilder, more lo-fi texture.
It excels in situations where you want to add a destructive impact to an ensemble, such as with slap bass techniques that heavily utilize effects.
This pedal isn't about neatly packaged, well-behaved synth sounds; it's a pedal that matches a style that wants to master the unique characteristics of pedals and produce one-of-a-kind, ferocious tones.
There are scratches and stains, and the overall condition shows signs of use. It is in good working order.
GIB's craftsmen will rigorously inspect the item before delivery.
