Tune is a long-established bass brand based in Amagasaki City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Since its founding in 1983, it has been loved by many bassists.
This instrument is a 5-string bass featuring Tune's signature compact and comfortable body shape.
The body is likely constructed with a maple top/back and mahogany core.
The neck is maple, and the fingerboard is rosewood.
It is equipped with original humbucker-type pickups.
The preamp is the original TUNE SB-1.
Its appeal lies in its clear, high-resolution active sound and the wide range of tonal possibilities provided by the onboard 2-band EQ and notch filter switch.
The 5th string low B string resonates clearly, producing a tight, punchy tone with a fast attack.
The frets have approximately 70% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
