Momose, based in Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture, produces high-quality basses and guitars.
They are renowned for their beautiful looks and superior sound.
Popular among professionals, they are known to be used by top musicians such as Kazuki Isogai and Kyohei Ariga. (Titles omitted)
This instrument is an Original Precision Bass (OPB) style bass, reproducing the earliest specifications of the Precision Bass before it took its current form.
While some OPB models have a top-loading bridge, this one uses a string-through-body construction, faithfully recreating the classic style.
The body is made of alder, and the neck and fingerboard are made of one-piece maple.
It is equipped with a GROOVE50 OP pickup.
It boasts a thick, core sound and the crisp attack characteristic of single-coil pickups.
With simple controls, it produces a powerful bass sound that is suitable for rock, blues, and various other genres.
The frets have approximately 90% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork show signs of use, with scattered dents and scratches. There are also minor scratches on the headstock.
