Freedom is a Tokyo-based guitar workshop that enjoys overwhelming support from professional musicians in Japan, and in recent years, its name has begun to resonate overseas.
Originally highly regarded for its repair work, the workshop now focuses on manufacturing, and its creations are loved by many musicians for their high quality and rational design sense.
All basses from this brand are manufactured in Tokyo.
Through strict quality control, the wood used is carefully selected, and any wood that does not meet the standards is not used in the products.
This level of quality control is possible precisely because it is a relatively small workshop.
In that sense, the quality is fundamentally different from that of products made in large factories.
This model is a JB replica model ordered by GIB.
The body is made of alder, and the fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood.
The finish on both the body and neck is lacquer, allowing you to fully enjoy the aging process.
The color is GIB's original metallic pink, based on the Shinobi series.
This guitar features a bright burgundy color as its base.
Previously, orders were for a see-through color that matched the ash wood grain, with only urethane paint. This time, however, we ordered a simpler specification with a lacquer finish.
It uses original stainless steel frets.
These are the WARM type, which retains the advantages of stainless steel—not too hard, and without losing its shine.
While possessing a wide range, it is powerful overall, and that is precisely why Fender vintage guitars are so appealing.
