Ibanez is a leading Japanese guitar brand, globally renowned alongside Fender and Gibson.
This model is the SR3006E-SOL, a high-end SR series guitar manufactured in the early 2000s.
The body is made of mahogany, the neck is a 5-piece laminated Wenge/Bubinga construction, and the fingerboard is made of Wenge.
The highly rigid neck structure and hard fingerboard material result in a clear, well-defined sound, even on the lower strings.
It features Bartolini Custom SR6 pickups and an Ibanez original preamp.
Equipped with a 3-band EQ with a middle frequency, it can handle a wide range of tones, from modern Hi-Fi sounds to mid-heavy, impactful tones.
The thin, slim neck shape, characteristic of the SR series, provides excellent playability even on a 6-string model, and combined with the 16.5mm string pitch, it's well-suited for technical playing.
This guitar embodies the refined craftsmanship of 2000s Japanese-made Ibanez guitars, boasting a tight and speedy response, wide-ranging bass, and extended treble.
Fret life is approximately 75%.
The truss rod is stiff, but approximately 90-degree movement has been confirmed.
