Even after being acquired by Ernie Ball, this remains unchanged, and it continues to be widely accepted by modern bassists.
Many artists, including Louis Johnson and Flea, are known to use Music Man basses. (Titles omitted)
The Stingray is a classic model that boasts overwhelming popularity within the brand.
Alongside Fender's Jazz Bass and Precision Bass, it's safe to say it's one of the most popular basses in the world.
This is a 2009 5-string model.
It features a 6-bolt joint, oil-finished neck, and a battery box type, giving it modern specifications.
The body is made of ash, and the fretboard is maple—typical Stingray specifications.
It's characterized by its masculine design with a single humbucking pickup in the bridge position.

The frets have approximately 70% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork show some minor scratches and dents overall. The pickguard has noticeable scratches throughout. Some tarnishing is visible on the metal parts.

The strap pins have been replaced with Schaller ones.
