Fodera is one of the world's most popular high-end bass guitar brands.
Founder Vinny Fodera began his career in his teens.
After working at top workshops such as Spector and Ken Smith, he founded Fodera Guitars in 1983.

This is the Emperor model, a relatively classic style within the Fodera lineup.
It features a double-cutaway body, and its familiar body shape has made it popular with many bassists.
This particular instrument was manufactured in 2025, making it a relatively new model.
The body is made of alder, the neck is maple, and the fingerboard is Indian rosewood.
The overall construction gives a traditional impression.
