Bacchus is a Japanese brand based in Nagano.
It's a brand under the Deviser umbrella, which owns a large guitar factory called the Asuka Factory. The high quality, stemming from the factory's in-house production, is highly regarded by many musicians.
This model is the WL model, part of the WOODLINE series, Bacchus's top-of-the-line lineage.
The body is made of ash, and the neck and fretboard are made of roasted maple.
The most distinctive feature is the use of roasted maple for the neck and fretboard.
This is also known as thermowood.
Thermowood, which was commercialized in the musical instrument field by Sago of Japan, was originally used in Finland as a building material for saunas.
Thermowood is valued for its resistance to high temperatures and humidity, and its usefulness in musical instruments is evident from its adoption by top manufacturers such as Sadowsky and Suhr.
The neck pickup has been replaced with an EMG-LJ5AX, and the bridge pickup with an SJ5AX.
This is a modification aimed at achieving a clearer output.
This guitar features the brand's signature smooth playability, and the sound is well-balanced and smooth from low to high frequencies.
It delivers a powerful sound while maintaining excellent response.

The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork show some minor scratches on the pickguard. There is a dent of about 5mm near the bridge pickup.

The pickups have been replaced with EMG pickups. Accordingly, the pots, jack, and wiring have all been replaced. The string guides have been replaced with Hip Shot ones.
