HEX Guitars is a South Korea-based brand specializing in entry-level to mid-range guitars.
They own their own factory in Indonesia and manufacture their guitars themselves. This sets them apart from brands that typically use OEM manufacturing.
Their passion is so strong that the boss himself is involved in the production process, resulting in guitars of a quality far exceeding what one might expect from their price point.
The B series features models that blend classic character with modern specifications.
This B100 is a modern 4-string JB model.
The body is made of Indonesian Mahogany.
Indonesian Mahogany is highly valued in recent years for its weight and tone, which are well-suited to musical instruments.
The stable supply of such high-quality wood in Indonesia makes it one of the most logical locations for high-quality instrument manufacturing.
The neck is made of Maple.
Two carbon fiber rods are incorporated to enhance its strength.
The fretboard is made of Indian rosewood, and the fretboard radius is a relatively flat 12 inches.
The neck has a thin, easy-to-grip C-shape.
The scale length is the most common 34” scale.
The pickups are original HEX® Alnico Single Coil pickups.
They use original pickups in many of their models.
This isn't for cost-cutting, but because they have confidence in the quality of their self-designed pickups.
The staff, who understand music and play it regularly, thoroughly research many elements such as magnets, wires, and bobbins before designing them.
What you'll notice when you hold it is its high playability.
It's extremely easy to play and stress-free.
The sound is truly classic JB.
It has a full, resonant, warm midrange, and provides a solid bottom end in an ensemble.
The high quality of the basic neck components contributes to its excellent playability, and it's difficult to say that it's inferior to more expensive instruments.

On Condition & Functionality: In the rare event that your instrument arrives in a condition different from our detailed description, or if it has any operational issues, we offer a 100% full refund. We will also arrange and cover the cost of return shipping.
On Personal Preference: Finding the perfect bass is a personal journey. If the instrument you receive isn't the right fit for your hands or your sound, you are welcome to return it. In this case, we will refund the full purchase price of the item; we simply ask that you cover the return shipping costs.

Buy-Back Validity Period: The buy-back at 70% for used items and 50% for new items is valid for six months from the date of purchase. After six months, items will be evaluated and purchased at our standard trade-in rates.
Buy-Back Shipping and Tax: For buy-back items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs and applicable taxes for returning the item to GIB.
