Fender is, of course, the number one brand of electric guitars and basses.
It's loved by countless top artists, including James Jamerson, Bobby Vega, and Michael League. (Titles omitted)
The Precision Bass, introduced in 1951 as the world's first fretted solid-body electric bass, has been loved by bassists worldwide for over half a century.
Fender Japan started in the 1980s as a Japanese-made Fender brand, but unfortunately, it has now been discontinued and integrated into Fender itself.
However, the brand's quality continues to be supported by many artists and remains in demand.
This is the PB62-110, the top-of-the-line model at the time.
Manufactured in 1994-1995.
The body is alder, and the fingerboard is rosewood.
A classic combination with a rich midrange.
The top coat of the finish is lacquer.
The pickups are original USA-made.
This Precision Bass boasts a powerful, robust low end and open midrange, making it truly captivating.
Its timeless, standard sound fits seamlessly into all genres, including R&B, rock, and pop.
The frets have approximately 80% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition.
The body and paintwork show several small dents of about 5.0mm on the body. There are string scratches near the pickguard and bridge. Some tarnishing is visible on the metal parts.
The electronics are in good condition.
No obvious modifications were observed.
