Moon is a leading, long-established guitar brand in Japan.
Highly regarded by many professional artists, it's known that Mitsuru Sudo and Larry Graham are among those who use the brand. (Titles omitted)
This model is the JB-4C, Moon's most classic style.
It was ordered through GIB.
The body is made of alder, and the fingerboard is made of Honduras rosewood, a classic wood combination.
The body color is Fiesta Red, the finish is lacquer, and it features a matching headstock.
The pickup is the newly adopted H.Y.G JB-CLASSIC.
It's a simple single-coil pickup with complete hand-wiring.
And it uses a passive circuit without active circuitry.
The high playability and ease of use, where it naturally resonates with a light touch, are typical of Moon and very pleasing.
However, the sound is Fender-like and traditional.
It combines the refined beauty of its manufacturing with the most classic bass sound image.
