Atelier Z is a professional-grade bass brand widely loved by professional bassists both in Japan and internationally.
It's known that many renowned musicians, including Tomohito Aoki, KenKen, BOH, and JINO, use Atelier Z basses.
This is the DAL-4 model, characterized by its chambered body.
The body top is made of ash, and the body back is made of alder.
Thanks to the chambering process, it boasts a lightweight design (under 4kg) and a rich mid-low range.
The neck and fingerboard are made of maple.
The pickups and preamp are original.
It features a 2-band EQ, allowing for a classic scooped midrange sound.
The brand's signature high playability is also present.
This is a versatile JB-type bass with excellent playability and a wide range of sound-shaping possibilities.
