This is the Momose MJ-Five2-ACT/NJ, a modern active 5-string JB model.
The body is made of 2-piece ash.
The neck is made of maple, and the fingerboard is made of Madagascar rosewood.

Its clear sound meets the wide range of expressive capabilities required in today's music scene.

With a 3-band EQ, you can control the Bass, Mid, and Treble frequencies individually.
It features a powerful sound, outputting a bass tone with presence that won't get lost in an ensemble.
The tight low end and sparkling high end are well-balanced, enabling versatile sound shaping across genres.
In particular, its clear attack and rich sustain are maximized when using slap techniques.
It also expresses powerful yet delicate nuances with fingerstyle and pick playing.
From the selection of the tonewoods that form the core of the sound, to the pickups and preamp, everything is brought together at a high level.
In recording, live performances, and any other situation, it accurately conveys the player's intentions and supports the best performance.
The frets have approximately 80% remaining.
