This is the BB735A, an active 5-string model that blends the traditional BB style with a modern approach.
Its most distinctive feature is its unique 3-ply body structure, with alder used for the top and back, and maple as the core material.
This multi-layered structure combining different woods increases the overall rigidity of the body, producing a robust sound that never gets lost in an ensemble and a tight response.
The neck uses a laminated structure combining maple and mahogany.
This method of laminating multiple pieces of wood to create the neck reduces left-right and individual differences in the wood, resulting in higher rigidity and tuning stability.
The fingerboard is made of rosewood, a classic configuration.
The pickups, crucial to the sound, are a YGD V7 P/J set specifically designed for this instrument.
The preamp features an original circuit with a 3-band EQ, enabling flexible and precise sound shaping.
