Bacchus is a Japanese brand based in Nagano.
It's a brand under the Deviser umbrella, which owns a large guitar factory called the Asuka Factory. The high quality of their guitars, thanks to their in-house factory production, is highly regarded by many musicians.
While the exact model name couldn't be determined, based on the older manufacturer logo and specifications, this appears to be an early WOODLINE model.
Several practical customizations have been made.
The body is likely made of ash.
The neck and fretboard are made of beautiful Bird's Eye Maple.
The pickups have been replaced with a set of Bartolini 9CBJD-L3 and 9CBJD-S3.
The preamp is a Sadowsky B229rQ.
The bridge has been replaced with a BADASS BASS II.
As you might expect from the combination of wood construction, electronics, and the BADASS bridge, it outputs a New York sound with tight lows and clear highs.
This is an exceptional instrument, excelling in sound, looks, and playability.
The frets have approximately 80% remaining.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in good condition. A shim has been added to adjust the G string saddle to its lowest setting, and it is playable without issue according to GIB standards (2.0-2.5mm at the 12th fret).
The body and paintwork have minor scratches and dents, and there is a paint chip of about 3cm on the body end.
The electronics are in good condition.
The pickups have been replaced with Bartolini pickups, and it appears that a Sadowsky preamp has been added.
The bridge has also been replaced with a Badass bridge.
