This guitar uses one of Hawaii's most representative woods, and its sound is characterized by a warm midrange and a tight attack.
The frets are slightly thinner, giving it a vintage feel.
The preamp can be either the original or a Darkglass one; this guitar uses the original type.
It seems to convert impedance while maintaining a natural and straightforward sound.
The controls are volume, balance, tone, treble, middle, bass, and a preamp on/off switch.
The sound is excellent, delivering a sharp, powerful, and clear tone.
I think it's one of the ideal JB sounds for today's market.
