이번 모델은 스테인레스 스틸을 베이스로 한 "The Master Seires"라는 모델입니다.
스테인레스 스트링은 촉감이 거친 것이 일반적인데, 꺼려하시는 분들이 많으시죠?
Ken Smith는 니켈 합금이라는 합금을 혼합하여 거친 촉감을 완화했습니다.
이로써 니켈 스트링'과 촉감의 부드러움, 스테인리스 스트링 같은 내구성, 밝기가 공존하는 밸런스가 완성됐다.
T는 게이지를 나타내는 숫자에 붙어 있던 Tapered T입니다.
즉, .125T는 테이퍼드 사양입니다.
테이퍼 스트링을 논테이퍼 스트링에서 교체할 경우 스트링 높이가 변하기 때문에 브릿지 부분을 조정해야 합니다. (반대로 그렇습니다.)
