They used materials other than wood, adopted a square body design, and created something different in many ways.

This model is their most classic L2.

Checking the serial number database reveals that it was manufactured in 1984.

All pot dates point to 1983.

Overall, we have determined that it was made in 1984.

The body and neck are very distinctively constructed from graphite.

This model does not have a truss rod.

It currently maintains a slight forward-bow relief.

The pickups are EMG.
This is from the so-called Caramel Back period.

The controls are simple: neck pickup volume, bridge pickup volume, and master tone.

While it may seem more inorganic than basses made from wood, the sound is surprisingly organic and flavorful.

Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for a lifetime free "string vibration setup" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)

● Defect Warranty

All products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase free of charge (returns and refunds will be accepted only if repairs are not possible).

The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.

Please note that even within the warranty period, a fee will be charged for repairs in the following cases:

- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, moving, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than Basic.
