The Jazz Bass was released as an upgraded version of the Precision Bass.
Its sharp, clear sound is beloved by many bassists, and it continues to enjoy overwhelming support and a shining presence today.

This is literally a genuine Jazz Bass with a vintage motif.

It has undergone several modifications.

The body is made of alder and the fingerboard is made of rosewood, a classic combination.

The pickups are Bartolini JB type.

The bridge has been replaced with a BADASS BASS II.
The saddle position adjustment screws are now flat-head type.

The sound, combining solid bass and sharp, beautiful highs, is truly classic.
This guitar is perfect for both singing phrases and tight percussive playing.

Approximately 90% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is fully tightened.
The neck shows signs of high-rise. It's slightly bowed forward and has been adjusted 0.2mm higher than the GIB standard (2.2mm-2.7mm at the 12th fret), allowing for smooth playability.
The body and finish show signs of wear, with scratches, dents, peeling paint, and weather-checking. Some of the paint has melted to the end of the body, leaving fibers from the case. It's not sticky at present. There are visible traces of the screw holes where the finger rest was attached.
The electrical system is in good condition.
The guitar has been refretted and re-nutted. The pickups have been replaced with Bartolini pickups. The bridge has been replaced with a BADASS BASS II.
