G&L is known as the third brand created by Leo Fender after Fender and Musicman.

Tom Hamilton (Aerosmith) and Murphy Karges (Sugar Ray) are famous bassists who use their basses.

This is an L2000 from the 3-point joint era.
It will be appreciated as a vintage bass in the future. It is a masterpiece.

Maybe it's because of its age, or maybe it's because something was good at that time, but the quick response and deep tone are hard to be replaced.

It has many of the elements that make vintage Fenders so desirable.

There is a stamp “JUL 28 1989” on the neck end and “JUN 12 1989” on the neck pocket.

There is roughly 60% frets remaining.
The truss rod is in good working order.
The condition of the neck shows symptoms of high rise, but it can be adjusted at 2.5mm to 3.0mm string height on 12F without any problem. There are two holes on the head top that look like they were made after the string guide was installed. There is also a mark on the back of the head where the lower hole for the strap pin was filled in.
The condition of the body and painted surface shows minor dents, scratches, and cracks in the paint.
The electrical system is in good condition.
No obvious modifications were found.
