The BG250-208 is a 250 W / 2 x 8" driver model with dual TonePrint slots for a wider range of tone variations.

Lightweight yet Powerful
No matter how powerful an amplifier is, if it is too heavy and small to carry into the field, its utilization rate will be greatly reduced. The BG250 series is one of the lightest and loudest amplifiers in its class, even at 250 watts. The sound is powerful, warm, yet fat, with no loss of high mid or treble bandwidth even at high volumes.

TonePrint Signature Tone Support
BG250 supports Bass TonePrint, allowing you to upload any effect, including signature effects from leading bass players, to the TonePrint slot. Effects can be switched or muted via the Switch-3 footswitch (optional) or the main unit.

TonePrint functionality includes proven effects from the compact effects lineup, plus additional effects for bass, from the tasteful BassDrive, a transplant of the TubeDrive functionality of the RH750 TC bass amp head, to the devastating "The Beast" effect, which can be used as a bass guitar effect or as a bass guitar effect. TC's unique bass-specific compression algorithm, SpectraComp, is now also available as a TonePrint. TonePrint-related settings can be made via a free dedicated smartphone app or PC.
