Steinberger is a modern brand that has revolutionized its products with innovative designs.

We made a difference from existing designs in many aspects, such as the use of graphite/carbon materials and the use of double ball-end strings.

This model is L2−5.
The year of manufacture seems to be 1983 based on the cereal and pot date.

The pot dates were neck PU volume pot "R1378331", bridge PU volume pot "R1378331", and master tone pot "R1378331".

The body, neck, and fingerboard are made of "carbon and glass-fiber reinforced plastic."

The string vibrations created by this unique material and design are massively output by the EMG PU.

Some people may be skeptical about the value of this vintage base, which is not made of wood.

However, when you actually play it, you will notice a clear difference and feel the high quality.

Approximately 80% of the frets remain.
The neck is in good condition.
The condition of the body and paint surface is that there are scratches here and there.
The electrical system is in good condition.
No obvious modification points were found.

There is a sticker inside the battery cavity that says "STEINBERGER SOUND 122 S. ROBINSON AVE. NEWBURGH, N.Y. 12550 PAT. NO. 4.192.213 NO.1383".

On the back of the PU, there is a notation (sticker) that says "EMG-GA-H BCS".
