Many musicians have used MXR products, including Robert Trujillo of Metallica and Les Claypool of Primus.
This is a chorus pedal designed for use with bass.
In addition to the usual controls, it has a switch to function as a flanger and an equalizer.
This allows for more flexible sound creation.
Another notable feature is the X-Over switch, which applies chorus only to the upper register.
In other words, this allows you to effectively process only the parts where the effect can be felt while keeping the bass frequencies that are important for the bass intact.
This is an excellent function that does not lose the bass-like sound even when left on.
The unit has been used for some time, but is in good working order.
