This model is the M-80, a standard pre-amplifier along with the Sands Amplifier.
It is very popular not only among rock musicians, but actually among pop musicians as well.
One of the main features of the M-80 is that the preamp and distortion sections are separate, each with its own switch.
It is characterized by a strong, pushed-out sound, especially when the color switch is turned on, and the sound is straight-up rock.
