Description & Condition

Fender is the undisputed number one brand of electric guitars and basses.
It is loved by countless top artists such as James Jemerson, Bobby Vega, and Michael League.

This model is Bass VI, one of the oldest 6-string basses.
It is styled like a baritone guitar, but it is only a bass.

It was originally released between 1961 and 1975.

The scale is 30" instead of the 34" that the regular JB and PB use.
Tuning is one octave below the guitar.

It is designed to produce a thick bass-like sound, as well as for chord work closer to the guitar.

The frets are roughly 60% remaining.
The truss rod is fully tightened.
The neck is slightly warped and high, but the string height is 3.0mm~2.5mm and can be played without any problem.
The condition of the body and painted surface is dull and the parts are rusted.
