Description & Condition
Description & Condition
It is loved by countless top artists such as Jaco Pastorius, Marcus Miller, and Geddy Lee.
The Jazz Bass was released with the positioning of a higher-end model of Precision Bass.
Its sharp and clear sound has been loved by many bassists, and even today it enjoys overwhelming support and a shining presence.
This model is a Fender Japan brand JB62 FL, which was highly regarded but has disappeared.
The front is fat and the rear sings.
Mixing them together in the mixed position produces a distinctive sound with a tight and clear low end.
The case included is a luxurious hard case.
A great value.
The truss rod operation and neck are in good condition.
The body and paint surface are in good condition with numerous dents and scratches.
There are marks on the body top and body back near the cutaway, probably from contact with the strap.
The pickups have cracked bobbins in both the neck and bridge, but the operation itself is good.
The bridge has apparently been replaced.
The metal plate under the bridge pickup is broken, and copper foil tape has been applied from the bridge for string grounding.
The contact between the control plate and the pot was unstable, so GIB installed a repair that connects the backs of the pots to each other and the jack cold with wiring material and drops them to ground.
Finally, the electrical system is in good condition.
