이 모델은 Musicman Stingray를 기반으로 키쿠치 씨의 의도를 최대한 반영한 야심 찬 작품입니다.
넥의 각도나 초기 세팅 등 많은 부분에서 펜더의 스타일을 더욱 발전시킨 디자인으로 연주성에 대한 중시가 강하게 느껴집니다.
이 뉘앙스는 초기 Sadowsky TYO 및 Sadowsky Metroline Slap Master 시리즈와 공통점이 있는 것 같습니다.
픽업은 시간이 지나면서 새롭게 디자인되고 개발되었습니다.
사운드는 빈티지 스팅레이 특유의 저음역의 굵은 뉘앙스가 특징입니다.
기본 배선은 스팅레이와 비슷하게 병렬(parallel)이지만, 톤 노브를 위로 올리면 배선이 직렬(series)이 되어 더욱 강력한 사운드를 낼 수 있습니다.
