Cortex는 스위스와 프랑스에 본사를 둔 기타 브랜드입니다.
주로 베이스를 만드는데, 실제로 독일의 기타쇼에서 그 명성을 많이 들었고, 만져보면 확연히 느껴졌습니다.
이것이 나폴레옹 모델이다. (이름이 훌륭하지 않나요?)
베이스 스트링 측에 긴 혼이 있는 더블 컷 바디와 전체적으로 물결 모양의 디자인입니다.
펜더 타입의 뉘앙스와는 조금 다른데, 바디 상단의 Buckeye 벌과 어우러져 아름다운 모습이 기다리고 있다는 느낌을 줍니다.
가장 독특한 측면 중 하나는 헤드 모양과 튜닝 키의 위치입니다.
낮은 B 현의 튜닝 키 하나는 너트에서 거리 왼쪽에 배치되고 다른 모든 키는 오른쪽에 배치됩니다. 의도가 느껴지네요.
내 생각에는 특히 낮은 B 스트링이 너트에서 신중하게 각도를 맞춰야 하며 텐션 핀이 이를 제어할 수 있게 해준다는 것입니다.
튜닝키가 너트에서 멀어질수록 텐션이 더 많이 걸리는 그런 현상은 아닌 것 같습니다.
사실을 모르니 다음에 독일에 가면 제작자에게 물어봐야겠습니다. (제가 가끔 그런 이야기를 하니까 유튜브도 꼭 시청해주세요......!)

창업자는 프랑스와 스위스 출신인데 여기는 미국과 독일 부품이 있다. 다국적 느낌이 좋네요.
스케일은 34인치 입니다.
사운드적으로는 베이스로서의 맛을 잃지 않는 매우 깨끗하면서도 밸런스가 잘 잡힌 사운드를 가지고 있습니다.
베이스 위치에 사용되는 도구가 여전히 기타 모양인 이유(그리고 왜 그 모양이 인기가 있는지)를 느낍니다.
어느 정도 품질이 있고, 실제로 연주해 보면 그 소리와 연주의 질감에 확신을 가지게 될 것입니다.

남은 프렛은 약 80% 정도입니다.
트러스로드가 조금 뻣뻣하긴 하지만 최소 90도 이상은 작동되는 것을 확인하였습니다.
목 상태는 양호합니다.
본체와 도장 상태는 양호하며 본체 측면과 후면 패널 근처에 3mm 정도 움푹 들어간 곳이 몇 개 있습니다. 전반적으로 악기는 비교적 깨끗하고 아름답습니다.
