그 자신도 기타리스트인데, 케이블을 통해 탁한 소리가 나는 문제가 있었습니다.
그 이유는 케이블 자체가 콘덴서 역할을 하기 때문입니다.
예를 들어, 케이블 자체가 톤 노브를 살짝 내린 상태를 만들어냅니다.
그는 OFBC(Oxygen Free Bare Copper)라는 소재를 사용했습니다.
OFBC는 고순도 무산소동이라 불리며 매우 넓은 음향 출력 범위를 보장합니다.
그는 강도가 약하고 소음에 취약한 케이블은 힘든 무대 작업에서는 쓸모가 없다는 것도 알고 있었습니다.
