Tune is a long-established bass guitar brand based in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture.
Founded in 1983, it has been beloved by many bassists to this day.
Phoenix is one of Tune's brands, and it produces many unique custom models.
This is a JB type from the traditional BomberBass series.
The body is made of ash and the fingerboard is maple, a classic combination.
The pickups are EMG-SJV and EMG-LJV.
We were unable to identify the manufacturer of the preamp, but it is equipped with a 3-band EQ, allowing for a wide range of sound creation.
The tuning machine for the 4th string is a D tuner.
The heavy ash and maple fingerboard produce an appealingly fast and fat sound.
This is a ready-to-play guitar, assembled with reliable craftsmanship from high-quality woods.
Approximately 70% of the frets remain.
The truss rod is in good condition.
The neck is in poor condition, showing signs of high-rise. Adjusting it 0.5mm higher than the GIB standard (2.5mm-3.0mm at the 12th fret) allows for smooth playability.
The body and finish show minor scratches and dents.
The electronics are in good condition.
The pickguard and nut have been replaced. The strap pins have been replaced with Jim Dunlop ones.

●Defect Guarantee
Products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items and other products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur under normal use free of charge during the warranty period (returns and refunds will only be accepted if repairs are not possible).
The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases:
- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
