Instruments purchased at our store are eligible for a ‘string vibration setup’ (normally 4,400 yen) free of charge for life. (Reservation required)

●Repurchase Price Guarantee

Basic Co., Ltd. provides a guarantee for defects in the products it sells. Except for some items such as consignment goods, we will repair free of charge (or refund or return the item if repair is not possible) any defects that occur within a certain warranty period after purchase due to normal use.
