I've applied grease to the truss rod. I haven't used the spacer because it interfered with the wood.
The condition of the neck is good, with no visible high rises. The bridge has been lowered all the way and the current string height is adjusted to 2.1mm-2.9mm above the 12th fret. It can be played without any problems.
The body and painted surfaces have some dents and scratches. There is a lot of paint chipping on the body end and contour parts.
