It is a subsidiary of Divider, which owns the large Asuka Factory, a guitar factory. The high quality of the products, which comes from the factory itself, is highly regarded by many musicians.
The WOODLINE is the flagship model in the top-of-the-line HANDMADE SERIES.
While based on the Jazz Bass motif, it boasts many unique features, including a modern Dinky body and special paint finish, making it a highly original model.
This model was produced in limited quantities in 2014.
It uses a technique called WRAP painting, in which plastic wrap is pressed over the paint before it dries, creating a unique pattern.
Due to this characteristic, no two instruments share the same pattern.
The body is ash and the fingerboard is ebony.
The pickups are original.

●Repurchase Price Guarantee

●Defect Guarantee
Products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items and other products, we will repair any malfunctions that occur under normal use free of charge during the warranty period (returns and refunds will only be accepted if repairs are not possible).
The warranty period is three months for used products and one year for new products.
Please note that even within the warranty period, there will be a fee for repairs in the following cases:
- Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, movement, dropping, etc.
- Replacement of consumables.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by fire, earthquake, salt damage, gas damage, or abnormal voltage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by handling that violates the precautions in the instruction manual.
- Malfunctions or damage to parts repaired or modified by parties other than our company.
- If your name, model name, serial number, etc. are not written on the warranty card, or if the wording has been altered.
- If the warranty card is not presented or lost.
