Capurso Guitars is a high brand of handmade, high quality basses based in Italy.

Builder Andrea Capurso's instruments are traditional, experimental, and musical.

The Sniper model is a modern bass with a beautifully flowing body shape.

The body is made of mahogany.
This is a carefully selected, ultra-lightweight material, which is also why the weight is an astonishing 3.52 kg for a 5-string bass.

The neck is made of ash 3P.
The lightweight yet dynamic sounding nuance may come from this.

The fingerboard is made of 5mm maple and 1mm rosewood laminate.
The neck is reinforced with carbon.

There is nothing pointless in these designs, and everything is done to control the strength and tone of the neck.

The pickups are stacked Italian MAMA Pickups.
They are very low noise and output a lively sound.

The sound tends to have a basic JB-like nuance.
It also feels like a chambered JB (Sadowski, etc.), but it is speedier and clearer.

All the paint is done with lacquer, and the blue color is probably more beautiful and clear than the picture.
