Sus bass is a Korean bass brand created by former professional musician Jin Su Lee.

The new order I made this time is an active 5-string JB style.
The body is made of alder and the fingerboard is made of rosewood, a classic wood composition.
The neck is made of roasted maple, which has a characteristic straight grain.
The hardware is HIPSHOT, which gives it a Western feel.
The pickups are custom models ordered from Lundgren in Sweden.
These pickups are used by bass brands such as Stenback, and are a fairly niche brand, but their excellent quality is highly praised by users.
The 3-band EQ preamp is his original, and instead of forcibly widening the Q to make it more flashy, it gives a relatively natural impression.
When using the JB type, it gives the impression of pinpoint control over the low and high ranges you want to bring out and the mid-range you want to cut, and although it's not flashy, it brings out the acoustic qualities of the instrument well.
It was born from feedback that musicians used during recordings and on stage, so in that sense it feels very practical.
The pickups are custom made for Sus, and the preamp is original, so of course they're a great match.
The controls are neck pickup volume, bridge pickup volume (preamp bypass with push-pull switch), passive tone (tone select with push-pull switch), middle, treble/bass.
The tone select switch for the passive tone is a bit unique.
By selecting the capacitor used in the filter circuit, you can change the way the tone works and the overall character.
This method is also used by De Gier, and its effectiveness has been proven by many musicians.
The sound gives the impression of a somewhat modern 5-string JB.
The flow from the low B string to the G string is smooth, very well balanced, and feels easy to play.
The appeal of this guitar is its well-balanced sound, smoothness, and ease of playability across the entire fingerboard.
Personally, I feel the same way about the Alleva Coppolo.
It's better balanced than the Fender, and feels more tenacious than the Sadowsky.
In fact, in Korea, it seems to be evaluated as having a feeling somewhere between the Alleva Coppolo and the Sadowsky.
It's a wonderful, superb guitar that really reflects Jinsu's personality.
