Instruments purchased from our store are eligible for a lifetime free "string vibration setup" (normally ¥4,400). (Reservation required)

● Repurchase Price Guarantee

If you sell your purchase within six months of purchase, we will guarantee a full repurchase price. This guarantee applies to 50% of the purchase price for new instruments and 70% of the purchase price for used instruments.

● Defect Guarantee

Products sold by Basic Co., Ltd. are guaranteed against defects. With the exception of some consignment items, we will provide free repairs (and refunds only if repairs are not possible) for any malfunctions that occur during normal use within the warranty period from the date of purchase.

The warranty period is 3 months for used products and 1 year for new products.
