Many professionals use their guitars, including Takayoshi Negishi, Ken Taneda, and Kazuya Kojima (back number).
We have been paying attention to the high quality of Fender style basses in particular for a long time.
We thought about asking for a traditional model, but this is a collaboration.
We wanted to create a bass with a more unique concept, and this model was the result.
Basically, it is based on the Fender style, but with Gibson style pickups and bridge.
Since the original structure is completely different, we were concerned that it would not be a simple matter to just drop it in and be done with it.
In fact, it was not easy, but we were able to achieve a high level of balance.
The body is a crushed color, but consists of mahogany back and maple top.
The neck is made of maple and the fingerboard is made of ebony.
The configuration is a mix of Gibson and Fender.
I have ordered several specs of this guitar, and it is warmer than an alder body and more three-dimensional than a mahogany body in terms of sound.
It is a good fit for finger, slap, and pick playing.
The sound is frankly beautiful, with a sufficient amount of low frequency and three-dimensional layered overtones, and you will find yourself playing for a long time.
The pickups are the company's original new type.
The front and rear pickups are balanced beautifully, and each of them produces a fat sound on their own, while the mix of them produces a high quality sound that is both persistent and crisp.
The playing feel is looser than the Fender style.
The acoustic side of the guitar has a Gibson style to it, and this is beautifully reflected in the sound.
As you can see, we requested the color black.
It has a slightly semi-glossy finish, which is a beautiful shade that is neither Gibson nor Fender.
The bridge, as you can see, has a Gibson style.
Due to the nature of the tailpiece, tapered strings (R.Cocco) are standard. (Basically, use tapered strings for the 4 strings.)
The concept of a Gibson sound with Fender playing comfort is often seen, but there may not be many that are so well balanced and finished with practicality.
We will deny to stock them in the future.
We hope you will try it out.
The coloring and finish of the guitar may be subject to scratching due to trial playing. If you are looking for a shiny condition, we will prepare a new one so that we can deliver it without trial playing, etc. Please contact us].
