Infinite is a private brand of Hi-End Music, a repair workshop in Osaka, Japan.
The quality of the guitars and basses produced by Infinite is highly regarded for the many knowledge and skills they have cultivated in the repair business.
This model is basically based on the motif of a traditional jazz bass.
Nevertheless, it has a unique construction in various parts, including the BFTS (Buzz Feiton Tuning System) as standard equipment.
The scale is 33.5 inches.
Although this is only 0.5" different than the standard scale, it offers significant advantages in playability without significantly changing the sound.
When you actually hold it, it gives the impression of being smaller than the number, as if you were a larger sized American.
The neck is jointed deep into the body.
This greatly reduces the possibility of off-center movement.
Of course, there is also an acoustic effect because the joint area is larger and the percentage of maple in the neck material increases overall.
The joint with the neck and the bonding of the fingerboard to the neck are made with a groove interlocking construction.
JESCAR stainless steel frets are used for the frets.
The characteristic shape is a large rounded fingerboard except for the frets.
This type of finish has recently been adopted by American brands such as Pensa.
The body is made of light ash, and we had the conduit crushed and finished in Majora color.
As you can see, the finish is superb.
The pickups are Bare-knuckle.
In fact, it has a faster response than traditional style basses.
Yet the sound is deep, fat, and sharp.
It is a great mix of modern style without losing the traditional JB sound.
