Collision Devices is a boutique effects brand handmade in France.
The brand is young, having been founded around 2016, but has gained a large following, especially in Europe and the United States.

Black Hole Symmetry is their flagship model, a reverb/delay/fuzz machine.

Three footswitches allow each function to be turned on and off individually.
The controls are also completely independent of each other, so you don't actually feel the complexity that comes from the appearance.

The reverb has a pitch shift function, which can be varied infinitely in pitch to cover a wide range of sounds, from chaotic sounds to those with a strong sense of harmony.

The delay also has a modulation function, and its main feature is that it can be used alone or in combination with a highly transparent sound to produce a clear, spacious sound.

By polluting this with a fuzz sound, the nuances that have become useful in shoegaze in recent years can be obtained at a high level.

This is a modern European effect pedal that is completely different from the classic American tone.
